Drink
plenty of water:
Most people drink
less water than their bodies require. Learn to enjoy drinking water:
The price is certainly right! Water is more than a thirst quencher.
It is a vehicle for carrying nutrients to your cells. Water also acts
as a natural lubricant to limbs and joints. Dr. Lorraine Day says
that most of us are seriously dehydrated, contributing to many
potentially life-threatening diseases and the pain and symptoms that
accompany them, including high blood pressure, angina, severe asthma,
chronic fatigue syndrome and rheumatoid joint pain, to name a few.
The amount of water needed, once you are re-hydrated, is one quart
for every 50 pounds, per day. Take every step necessary to enjoy
drinking water. TIP: Using water bottles can make drinking water easy

orange (which is not enough citric acid to cause problems for most
people) makes water enjoyable and more tasty.
